Bicycling 
Rent a bike and get a great bike map and maybe a picnic basket.

What´s going on currently in the forests
We will guide you on a walk and tell you what is happening in the forest right now. We can cook on an open fire or bring a hearty picnic basket.

Hunting 
For those who like more excitement, we can arrange hunting on our estate. We have access to 5,000 hectares of hunting grounds just off the farm. Contact us about your wishes.

Fishing
For those who like to fish, we can arrange different fishing experience the proper way to fish in Sweden for you. Contact us about your wishes. 100 m from the houses of  Dalagård are our own beautiful fishing lakes with great bass and nice pike. All around us are both flowing water and 200 fishing lakes. We have two fully equipped fishing boats with engines on a trailer to rent.

Berries and mushroom picking
Please feel free to pick mushrooms yourself and the farm has all the equipment you need, we will be happy to give good advice about edible mushrooms. If you want, we would love to show our own favorite places. Around Dalagård there are fabulous berry and mushroom places.

Ceramics 
Dalagård has access to a well equipped ceramic studio where you can do many fun things. You can learn to throw pots on the wheel with the help of a teacher or just make things with clay.  It is also possible to take longer courses if you wish.

Drawing and Painting
Cecilia is a partner at Dalagård. She is a trained art teacher and will be happy to present a package full of drawing and painting. Maybe you want to try to paint with watercolors, oil or some other materials?

Get to know Bergslagen
Dalagard is located in the Bergslagen area .We have 5-6 historical Bergslags remains on our land. All around Dalecarlia are remnants of a bygone era in Swedish industrial history. There is also a vibrant mining district with thriving mills in Fors, Avesta and Långshyttan. The world’s oldest mine in operation is situated in Garpenberg, 5 km from Dalagård. Together we can make a trip and explore history.

Canoe or boat
We have two well-equipped fishing boats with engines on a trailer that can be run wherever you want. Åsgarn lake, Tyttbo trolling, Gysinge National parc…?Two good canoes are also available for rent. Fishing permit are sold at Dalagård.
